The Beatles had been dragging Beatlemania around with them for years. By this tour, August of 1966, they had had enough. Candlestick Park was to be their final performance and the documentary on this DVD remembers the event fondly and beautifully. The concert itself is hardly anything special, but being the final performance of the group, its historical value cannot be underestimated. Candlestick Park was the turning point for the Beatles, and marked the end of an era for millions of fans. (Posted on 3/29/11)
