BOBBY DARIN - THIS IS YOUR LIFE 1959
U.S. TV show. Bobby is truly surprised as he's interrupted while singing "Mack The Knife" for what he thinks is a March of Dimes commercial. Bobby is honored by his sister Nina, who is really his mother (but he won't find out until years later!). Other friends paying tribute include: Murray the K, George Burns, Sammy Davis, Jr., Don Kirshner.

JAYNE MANSFIELD – THIS IS YOUR LIFE 1960
U.S. TV show. VaVaVoom! Family, friends and important people in her life are of hand to celebrate Jayne Mansfield. She's depicted as a sweet and lovely girl with faith in the Lord (!). It would be a few more years before the release of the Wild, Wild World of Jayne Mansfield!

JOHNNY CASH - THIS IS YOUR LIFE 1971
U.S. TV show. Johnny gets weepy when Ralph Edwards steps on stage in Nashville as an episode of "The Johnny Cash Show" begins taping. Most of this episode is focused on John's trouble with pills and alcohol and the people that helped him pull back from the brink. Lots of tears! Johnny is also joined by his large extended family.
