Mar-14-59. U.S. TV show. Musical guests include: Sam Cooke; "Everybody Likes To Cha-Cha-Cha," "You Send Me." The Fleetwoods; "Come Softly To Me." Lou Monte; "The Italian Cowboy." Frankie Avalon; "Venus." Dick displays gifts he’s received from audience members and asks about their favorite dances. He does a bow and arrow demonstration and presents Frankie Avalon with a gold record and watch from Chancellor Records.

Sep-12-59. U.S. TV show. Musical guests include: Neil Sedaka; "Oh Carol." Roberta Shore; "Love At First Sight." Bobby Rydell; "I Dig Girls." Paul Anka; "Melodie D'Amour," "Put Your Head On My Shoulder." Dick talks about making the film “Because They’re Young” and displays a collection of antiques toys. He presents Paul Anka a gold record for his hit “Lonely Boy.”

Musical guests include: Gary Stytes; “Starry Eyed.” Bobby Freeman, “Ebb Tide.” Rob Lauren; “If I Had A Girl.” Lloyd Price; “Won't Cha Come Home,” “Come Into My Heart.” Frankie Avalon; “Why,” “Swinging On A Rainbow.” Frankie is interview and discusses his work in the film “The Alamo” and why he’s growing his hair so long. Dick talks with the kids in the audience about his recent book “Your Happiest Years.”

Jan-23-60. U.S. TV show. Musical guests include: Jack Scott; "What In The World's Come Over You." The Everly Brothers; "Let It Be Me," "Till I Kissed You." Mark Dinning; "Teen Angel." Jimmy Jones; "Handy Man." Robin Luke; "Bad Boy." Rod Lauren; "If I Had A Girl." Several others. Dick talks about his making the Hollywood movie, “Because They’re Young” and announces his special movie premier contest. He shows “home movies” from on the movie set and asks a girl in the audience the type of “man” she goes for.
