Where The Action Is. Teenage music TV show. Originally a summer replacement show scheduled at 2:00 pm, WTAI was so popular it was moved to the 4:30 pm "after school" time slot and ran until 1967. The show aired five days a week and featured many famous (and not so famous) musical guests and the Action "regulars."

PILOT EPISODE - One Hour - Taped on January 2, 1965.
Excellent quality! The Supremes: "Come See About Me" and "Stop! In The Name Of Love." Jan & Dean: "From All Over The World" (Theme from the TAMI Show) and "Sidewalk Surfin'." The Four Seasons: "Walk Like A Man" and "Bye Bye Baby." Chad & Jeremy: "Yesterday's Gone," and "If I Loved You."

Paul Revere & The Raiders: "Money." Bobby Freeman: "C'Mon and Swim" and "Never Never." Dick & Dee Dee: "Be My Baby." Jackie & Gayle: "That Boy's Gonna Be Mine." Bobby Rydell: "Standing On the Corner" and "Dancing In the Street." Frankie Avalon: "Don't Stop Now" and "Every Girl Should Get Married." And several other songs including the full cast singing, "Hard Day's Night."
