RAG DOLL (a.k.a. YOUNG, WILLING AND EAGER) 1962
U.K. film. Late 1950s British pop star, Jess Conrad sings, "Why Am I Living?" backed by the Dave Clark Five before they became famous! The DC5 show up in a few coffee bar scenes themselves! Wow for DC5 fans. A girl hitchhikes to London and becomes a waitress. Her boss makes sexual advances, which she rejects.

She's hot for a singer who gets her pregnant and burglarizes her boss's home. The boss shoots the singer. Wounded singer retaliates and kills the boss, steals a car, kidnaps his wife, and flees with the cops in hot pursuit. Marie Devereaux, Hermione Baddeley, Linda Castle, Christina Gregg, Kenneth Griffith. Rag Doll.

HOLD ON! — IT'S THE DAVE CLARK FIVE 1967
U.K. TV Special. Aug-31-67. The first film produced by Dave Clark's film production company Big 5 Films. A music, comedy, variety show featuring Richard Chamberlain, Lulu and tons of DC5 songs and cool psychedelic video footage. Scenes of the band in the studio making a record. This show feels like a hipper, adult version of "Where The Action Is."
