U.S. film. Rockin' title song. After a brawl over a tight-sweater chick, a teenager with a gun thinks he killed two boys so he hides out in a local drive-in and takes three hostages—including a baby. Police surround the place and try to negotiate with him. Next, TV news crews arrive followed by a crowd of spectators. Soon concessions are being sold, and the event becomes a circus. Frankie listens to rock n roll, shoots pool, reads scandal magazines and goes for heavy petting in his backseat! Uh-Oh. Frankie gets busted for statutory rape and gets 2-5 in Jacktown. The convicts torment him mercilessly; spit in his food and beat him up. The warden likes Frankie and gives him an easy job in the garden on his private grounds. But…the warden has a daughter!!!
