U.S. film. Color. Fats Domino is awesome singing, "The Big Beat!" The Del-Vikings (Can't Wait), the Diamonds (Little Darlin'), the Mills Brothers, the Four Aces, Jeri Southern, Gogi Grant, Harry James, others.

A record company executive's son secretly starts a rockin' subsidiary label and presses 350,000 forty-fives! When his squaresville father finds out he flips his lid and tells his son to sell all the records or sell out his shares of the company, Randall Records.

A Greenwich Village beatnik saves the day! Great 1950s rock 'n' roll and doo wop! William Reynolds, Andra Martin, Gogi Grant, Jeffrey Stone, Rose Marie, Hans Conried, Bill Goodwin, Howard Miller, Jack Straw, Phil Harvey, Steve Drexel, Buddy Bregman.

Most versions of this film feature an on-screen message saying, "No more callers, we have a winner" during the Del-Vikings performance. Pretty lousy, huh? Our version does not have that on-screen message. The entire Del-Vikings performance is uninterrupted with no mesaages.
