Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a title and it's a quality problem, we'll immediately refund your money or replace the problem tape or disc. Whichever you prefer. We'll treat you right. Period.
We operate under the premise that we'll do whatever it takes to make you 100% satisfied. However, we won't accept a return or exchange just because you "didn't like the movie" or you decide you ordered the wrong title. There are no exceptions to this policy so please read title descriptions carefully and ask us questionsbefore placing your order. Also please read conditions of use to understand video system compatibility issues. A restocking fee may be applied to returns.
Before you return any title, please send us an email explaining your reason for returning and wait for our prompt reply.
