SHINDIG! – The Complete Series Volumes 29 & 30

Shindig! was a fast-paced, teenage music TV show from Hollywood, CA that featured major rock and roll artists and was filmed in front of a live audience. Shindig! helped launch the British invasion in America and extend the careers and several 1950s rock and roll stars. It is arguably the most fun and music-packed teenage show from the 1960s. Shindig! aired from September 1964 through January 1966 and began as a half program, expanded to an hour and retracted back to a half hour before going off the air on January 8, 1966

U.S. TV show. Aired: Nov-18-65. Dr. Goldfoot (Vincent Price) is planning to kidnap teenager, Malcolm Andrews (Tommy Kirk). The evil doctor wants the classified government information that has been stored in Malcom's brain. Hugo (Harvey Lembeck) and Diane (Susan Hart) help Dr. Goldfoot abduct the teenager. Diane distracts Agent 00½ (Aron Kincaid), who is supposed to be guarding Malcom. Dr. Goldfoot and Hugo take Malcom to Dr. Goldfoot's mansion. Believing he's at a nightclub, Malcolm orders food and demands a floorshow. Three female robots dance. Back at the park, Diane reveals Dr. Goldfoot's plan to Agent 00½. Aron Kincaid & Susan Hart sing: "What's A Boy Supposed to Do?" Includes original commercials.
