I WANT MY ROCK N ROLL ...ON TV SITCOMS! VOLUME 3

Rockin’ episodes of your favorite 1960s U.S. TV sitcoms!

THE MOTHERS-IN-LAW "How Not To Manage A Rock Group." Apr-28-68.
Flower power rock n roller Sky Saxon and The Seeds star as the motley rock and roll band, "The Warts." Songs include "Pushin' Too Hard" and others. Sky looks very stoned! "That's freaky, man!" Joe Besser. Deborah Walley wears a very groovy "peace sign" pattern dress! Must see TV! 1960s TV show.

MISTER ED “Ed A-Go-Go.” Sep-19-65.
A Beatles-inspired rock n roll episode! The bongo playing teenager (Johnny Crawford) that lives next door and his wild friends are making a racket late into the night with their way out beat music and Watusi dancing!! Wilbur ends up tutoring the teenager in Algebra in exchange for a business opportunity with the teen’s Dad. But, they end up dancing the Frug, the Swim, and the Mule instead! Mr. Ed claims to be a swinging teenager himself—he skateboards, listens to rock n roll records and even wears a Beatle wig and straps a guitar around his neck! Very cool!

FLYING NUN "Song of Bertrille." Sep-26-68.
Psychedelic episode featuring fuzz-rockers The Sundowners. Sister Bertrille writes a very sixties, image-laden, folk song that the Sundowners turn into an all out acid-fuzz-psychedelic-trip! Trippy strobe light show and groovy go-go dancers! "Magic Mushrooms!" Paul Petersen.

DICK VAN DYKE SHOW “The Twizzle.” Feb-28-62.
Sally discovers a cool singer (Randy "Twizzle" Eisenbauer) at a bowling alley! He has invented a new teen dance sensation, the Twizzle! Next thing everyone’s doin’ the Twizzle! Mel offers Randy a guest spot on TV to introduce the dance. Randy’s agent gets involved and things go afoul. All ends wildly by dancin’ up a storm at the bowling alley with none other than famous wrestler Freddie Blassie who invents a new dance, “The Twazzle!” Jerry Lanning, Jack Albertson, Tony Stag, Freddie Blassie.
