I WANT MY ROCK N ROLL ...ON TV SITCOMS! VOLUME 1

Rockin’ episodes of your favorite 1960s U.S. TV sitcoms!

THE MUNSTERS "Far Out Munsters." Mar-18-65.
The great garage band, The Standells rent 1313 Mockingbird Lane for rockin' and rollin' beatnik weekend of hipster fun! Herman recites beat poetry. Marilyn is the plain one...again! The Standells rock out on the Beatles tune, "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and the original, "Do The Ringo." Classic 1960s TV show.

MY THREE SONS “Barbara Lost.” Apr-6-72.
Chip’s old friend, John Simpson (Micky Dolenz), comes to visit and all of a sudden Chip decides to quit his chemical engineering studies and pursue a life in rock n roll like his old pal John who has become a big rock star! The family is concerned but when John tells them he makes $2 million a year, Uncle Charley says he’s going out to buy a guitar! Cool recording studio scene with Micky producing a session. Micky Dolenz, Fred MacMurray, William Demarest, Beverly Garland, Stanley Livingston, Barry Livingston, Tina Cole, Ronne Troup.

ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW "A Singer In Town." Apr-11-66.
A hot rod pulls into town driven by famous rock n roll star, Keevy Hazelton! (Played by Jesse Pearson—teen idol Conrad Birdie in "Bye Bye Birdie"). Aunt Bee and her friend Clara have written a song called "My Hometown" that they pitch to Keevy to perform on his TV show. Keevy and his combo look awesome—each with a different colored el-cheapo Japanese-copy Fender electric guitar! They look like the Ventures! Opie does the Frug! Keevy shakes on a mod TV studio set complete with hip-shakin' go-go dancers! Bee and Clara blow their tops when they hear how Keevy has rocked out their "nice" song! Jesse Pearson, George Lindsey, Hope Summers, Howard McNear, Edgar Hess.

THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES "Hoe Down A-Go-Go." Nov-24-65.
Jed and granny decide throw a wing-ding so Jethro and Elly Mae can meet nice young folks. The bank's Ms. Hathaway and Mr. Drysdale help arrange the musical talent. They mention the Beatles, Byrds, Herman's Hermits, Freddie and the Dreamers and the Animals! Mr. Drysdale schemes a way to get the Beatles as depositors for his bank! Jethro and Ms. Hathaway go to the Whisky-A-Go-Go and find the Enemies (featuring a very young Cory Wells—later of Three Dog Night.) wailing on "Mojo Woman" and "Oh Pretty Woman," and "Turkey In The Straw." Wild teens dance the jerk, frug and boogaloo! Jethro wears a Beatle wig!
