Bilko smells a payday and comes up with a scheme to record Elvin singing and then sell the recording for big $. This show is like a '60s character-actor summit with Joe E. Ross (Car 54), Harvey Lembeck (Eric Von Zipper), Allan Melvin (voice of Magilla Gorilla and character, Sam the Butcher on Brady Bunch), and many others! Elvin Pelvin is played by Tom Gilson ("Young and Wild" and "This Rebel Breed").
