GIRL WITH GREEN EYES 1964
U.K. film. Rita Tushingham and Lynn Redgrave are two friends who try to make a go of it in the big city of Dublin. (The two would later be paired in the mod, London-set Smashing Time). They date boys, go out to rock n roll clubs and appear to be typical 60s girls until an older man meets them and begins to pursue Tushingham in a Lolita-like fashion. Things get sticky when they move in together and her parents flip out. In the end she leaves him and he doesn't come after her. The two girls decide to pack it in and move to London.
