U.S. film. Two JD teens bludgeon a man in a parking lot; a woman screams—cut to a bowling alley. Cool! Young Frankie is on his way to Jacktown, the world's largest prison! Frankie listens to rock n roll, shoots pool, reads scandal magazines and goes for heavy petting in his backseat! Uh-Oh! Frankie gets busted for statutory rape and gets 2-5 in Jacktown.
