U.S. film. Filmed in "NATURAMA" (Everything is stretched vertically!) Scheming juvenile delinquents hatch an elaborate plan to fake the kidnapping of a rich girl to get her father to pay the ransom. Problems arise when one of the juvenile kidnappers falls for the girl and wants to call off the plan but his delinquent hoodlum accomplices say "no way!" Filmed in San Francisco's Mission district and North Beach, dozens of delinquent gangs are represented including the War Lords, Ravens, Lonely Ones, Sheiks, Aces, Esquires and many more! Cool ducktailed gangs on the street and in pool halls. The gangs learn to help out in their community (with cigarettes dangling from their mouths!)

BOY IN COURT 1940
U.S. Educational film. Fifteen-year-old "Johnny" and his buddies steal a car, get into an accident and then get busted! It's off to juvenile court for Johnny! Luckily his town has really neat juvenile programs and his probation office becomes his best pal and mentor to help him improve his life. Johnny realizes he likes airplanes. He no longer mixes with the bad kids. Everybody's happy. The end.
