"The Sweet Singer of Central High." Oct-22-59. U.S. TV show. Dobie drives the girls crazy with his Elvis Presley vocal styling on "Love Me Tender." Tuesday Weld is his manager. Warren Beatty is his competition. Michael J. Pollard (his second and final appearance on the show) filling in for Maynard plays piano. Great teenage soda shop scenes. A hoot! Classic 1950s TV show.
