Evil scientist Jarvis Pim (Vincent Price) spikes the water supply with a mind-bending, hallucinatory drug (even stronger than LSD!) that sends Max, 99 and the Chief on a wild hallucination filled trip! Jarvis threatens to spike all the water in Washington DC. Under the influence, the Chief thinks that the Jefferson Airplane works for the government!
