“That’s Show Biz.” Feb-9-67. U.S. TV show. The 1860s sound like the 1960s when hard-pounding, garage punk group, “The Bedbugs” are hired to play at the military ball. The Bedbugs are the real-life group, “The Factory Rock Quartet." Corporal Agarn splits from F-Troop to manage the Bedbugs and immediately transforms into a swinging hipster! The Bedbegs get gigs playing saloons and Indian tee-pee villages and clock-in loads of screen time wailing on several tunes! Their music is called “ahead of it’s time!” There’s even a crazy scene where the F-Troop officers form a group and perform “Mr. Tambourine Man!” Ken Berry, Forrest Tucker, Larry Storch, Melody Patterson, Frank DeKova, Don Diamond.
