Music Attitude Fun
This Badfinger documentary covers their original period, 1968-75, by way of archival performance footage and interviews with Joey Molland and Mike Gibbons, guitarist and drummer of Badfinger respectively. For me, having grown up too late to experience the band in their original form, I value this documentary as a way of looking at the group back in the day. Songs like "Baby Blue" and "No Matter What" are very fun to listen to. This documentary presents it all, from their beginnings, through signing to Apple and working with the Beatles, their management problems that eventually led to the death of Pete Ham. Rock's saddest story presented in the most informative way possible. Highly recommended. (Posted on 3/3/11)
