Early teenage juvenile delinquency exploitation film that is actually a stitch-job of three films: “Teen Age,” “Gambling With Souls (1937)” and “Slaves in Bondage (1936).” Through the use a flashback scenes (using footage from above mentioned films) we are shown various forms of teenage vice and debauchery.
