The team enters an important Italian road competition to prove that their American race car is the superior to any foreign job. The narrator tells us that, these racing clubs provide a "safe and constructive outlet," and help mitigate the "juvenile nuisance problem. Trophies now instead of traffic tickets! He'll never speed on the highway again!" Terrific shots of homemade hot rods.
