Batwoman and her young female agents known as "Batgirls" pursue justice while battling a masked villain called, "Rat Fink."

The Ayjax Development Corporation has used plutonium to develop a powerful listening device called "The Atomic Hearing Aid," which enables long-distance, clandestine eavesdropping.

The U.S. Government seeks to buy the device but after they determine that the power supply is plutonium and very unstable, they order Ayjax to destroy the device. Enter the evil Rat Fink who confronts the company about selling HIM the device.

Ayjax then recruits Batwoman to protect the device but Rat Fink's minions drug Batwoman and her Batgirls and steal the device. Katherine Victor, George Mitchell, Steve Brodie, Richard Banks, Steve Conte, Mel Oshins, Bruno VeSota, The Young Giants.
