WINTER A GO GO 1965
U.S. film. A group of (middle-aged) teenagers attempt to turn a ski-lodge that one of them has inherited into an exciting winter resort music club for rich kids. Of course, bad guys come and try ruining the lodge's chances of success so the kids will have to foreclose.

Theme song performed by the Hondells. Get up and go go with the now sounds of the Reflections, the Nooney Rickett Four and Joni Lyman. Boyce and Hart wrote two of the songs. James Stacy, William Wellman, Jr., Beverly Adams, Anthony Hayes, Tom Nardini, Duke Hobbie, Nancy Czar, Julie Parrish. Winter A Go Go!

SKATER DATER 1965
U.S. film. One of the first, and very best, films to feature skateboarding. A group of kids (they look 11-14) styling around on clay wheels, walking the nose, and doing insane tricks on narrow little deathplanks! One of the skaters catches the eye of a young girl and a love interests develops.

The surf rock soundtrack features Davie Allan and the Arrows playing "Skaterdater Rock." The skateboard riders were members of The Imperial Skateboard Club from Torrance, CA. Check out their boss matching "team" jackets with the racing stripe down the chest.
