Rock and roll, bikers, seductive bikini babes, voodoo dolls and monsters! Atomic waste, sea slime and dead sailors combine to form horrific monsters (imagine the Creature from the Black Lagoon with a mouthful of hot dogs!) who prey on the teenagers at a beachside resort.

Wild chick drinks hard liquor and strips for bikers. A babe with a thick "Lawng Guyland" accent thinks the monster smells like the Fulton Fish Market in the middle of July. Cool vintage footage of Times Square, Greenwich Village and the Upper East Side as a guy drives his sports car around the city.
