LOOK IN ANY WINDOW 1961
U.S. film. Excellent quality. 16:9 widescreen. Paul Anka plays a creepy delinquent peeping tom. He also wrote and sings the title song. To hide his identity as he peeps on attractive women he wears a bizarre mask. Swinging American suburbanites think more about their urges than raising their kids in a responsible manner.

The downbeat dysfunctional cast of characters includes a lusty neighborhood mother who wants it bad, a cheating louse father who is a selfish pig, an alcoholic boozer dad who looses his job and blames everyone else, and a doormat mom who lets her husband treat her like dirt while she has an affair with a new neighbor (George Dolenz, Monkee Micky Dolenz's dad!). New cars, swimming pools, stereos—keeping up with the Joneses; this neighborhood is more concerned with home improvement than self improvement.

It's no wonder that teenage Craig (Paul Anka) has more than a few problems to work out. It seems his voyeuristic habits aren't an attempt to see something kinky but to see how "normal people" live. Oops! Wrong neighborhood Craig! It gets really ugly when the whole neighborhood gets together for a 4th of July poolside alcoholic binge.

Paul Anka was cast in the film to attract the teenage set. When the teens saw this picture it must have made them afraid of the older generation! Paul Anka, Ruth Roman, Gigi Perreau, Jack Cassidy, George Dolenz, Alex Nicol, Carole Mathews, Robert Sampson, Dan Grayam. Look In Any Window.

LONELY BOY: PAUL ANKA 1962
CAN. Documentary. Fascinating look at the making of a teen idol. This documentary is wonderful in the way it captures the fans and the times. Great backstage footage and interviews with friends & fans. Paul's nose job is discussed. Tons of songs.
