In this Canadian rarity the typical JD plot gets turned around; here a group of beat generation bikers are hassled by a nasty group of spoiled rich kids who are intent on rumbling and spoiling other people’s pleasure.

This film provides a glimpse into Toronto's youth culture of the 1950s. A considerable part of the action takes place at Palace Pier, a once-popular teen dance hall that graced Toronto's waterfront until it burned down in 1963.
